Work Flows

Get into the following habits (you can add reminders to your calendar):

  • During Daily Life – Set up a Quick Notes page where any ideas or information are jotted down to be processed later (weekly or daily).
  • When Reading – Place ideas and information on the Quick Notes page or straight into relevant page on the topic.
  • Daily – Plan tasks for next day each evening. Journal Entries every morning and night.
  • Weekly – Plan the next week. Tidy up anything left over from last week.
  • Yearly – Update yearly plan. Write annual review.
